***IMPORTANT INFORMATION***
Every attending agency must complete an agency roster and a waiver. Only 1 waiver and 1 roster is needed per agency.

On the agency roster please place the LEAD ADVISOR on the top then list every other advisor and cadet/explorer that will be attending.

On the waiver form you must place the agency/organization name and the LEAD ADVISOR must sign. This document must be notarized and a notary will be on site Saturday at registration.
These forms will be turned in Saturday at the registration table when packets are picked up.
Additionally, there will be a teen driver course available to those who are 16 and older with a valid Florida driver's license.
If the cadet/explorer wishes to participate they must have their license in their possession.
HOTEL INFORMATION:
There are two hotel options......
Option 1 (Primary Hotel):
LaQuinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lakeland West
1024 Lakeland Park Center Drive, Lakeland, Florida, 33809
50 rooms are for $105.00 a night. If we go over the 50 rooms they will reserve more if needed.
$105.00 is with no tax, if an agency forgets their tax exempt form the price will be more.
To book, call this phone number only: 863-859-2866 and ask to speak with Serenity or Jessica.
They can be reached 7 days a week 7am-3pm. If anyone calls after 3pm they will be told to call back the next day.
Use code F.A.P.E to get the discounted rate.
March 10th is the cutoff date. Any rooms from the original 50 that are not booked will be released.

Clarion Pointe Lakeland I-4

$129.00 a night with no tax, if an agency forgets their tax exempt form the price will be more.
